Educational Tool Only

SMC Order Block provides TradingView indicators, screeners, educational content and support. The tools highlight technical zones and alerts for learning and analysis. They do not guarantee profits, predict markets or replace independent judgement.

SEBI and Regulatory Disclaimer

SMC Order Block / ProIndicator is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, broker, portfolio manager or intermediary. We do not provide personalised investment advice, stock recommendations, portfolio management, buy/sell calls or research reports. Users who need regulated advice should consult a SEBI-registered professional.

User Responsibility and Risk

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, commodities, currencies and crypto assets involves substantial risk. Access and Platform Dependency

Tool access depends on TradingView availability, Pine Script compatibility, username accuracy and platform policies. TradingView outages, policy changes, subscription issues or user account problems are outside our control.

Free Trial and Paid Access

Free trials are provided to help users evaluate the tools before purchase. Paid access is granted for the plan duration selected. Sharing, reselling, copying or reverse engineering scripts, access or screenshots is prohibited.

Payments

Prices, offers and plan durations may change from time to time. Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. International cards, where enabled through Razorpay for the merchant account, are charged in INR; the customer's bank/card issuer may convert the amount to local currency and may apply forex charges. Access is usually activated after payment confirmation and TradingView username verification. Government taxes or payment gateway charges may apply where relevant.

Misuse and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, sharing access, impersonation, abusive conduct, violation of TradingView rules or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service amount paid for the affected active plan. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, third-party platform failures or indirect damages.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to competent courts in Maharashtra, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
