Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and digital access for SMC Order Block TradingView tools.

Free Trial First

We provide a free trial so users can evaluate the tools before purchasing. Please use the free trial to check compatibility, usefulness and expectations before payment.

General No-Refund Policy

Because paid access is a digital subscription/service, purchases are generally non-refundable after access is activated or delivered. No refund is provided for change of mind, trading losses, non-use, partial use, unused days, failure to understand market risk or expiry/change of the user's TradingView subscription.

Limited Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if payment was made but access could not be activated because of an issue solely attributable to us, duplicate payment was received for the same plan, or a technical issue on our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Platform Dependency

Our tools are delivered through TradingView. TradingView outages, policy changes, username errors, plan changes, third-party platform limits or Pine Script changes do not automatically create a refund right.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the qualifying event. Contact us with your full name, registered email, TradingView username, transaction proof, payment date, amount and a clear description of the issue.

Timeline and Method

Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days to the original payment source where possible. Bank, UPI or payment provider timelines may vary.

For international card payments charged in INR through Razorpay, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source where possible. Currency conversion differences, bank forex charges or card issuer fees are controlled by the customer's bank/card issuer and are outside our control.

Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks for valid transactions where access was delivered may result in immediate suspension of access and submission of transaction/access records to the payment provider.
